Connected to a camera in the rear, Grand Highlander’s available digital rearview mirror with HomeLink casts a clearer, wider view of what’s behind you. You can zoom in, zoom out, and adjust the mirror to give you a better perspective. And at night, the camera brightens dark scenes and reduces glare from headlights of vehicles following you.
Traffic Jam Assist
Improve your daily commute. This available driver-assistance feature helps ease the burden of the stressful stop-and-go of a traffic jam by providing control of the vehicle steering, braking and acceleration at speeds under 25 mph. This system is designed for limited-access roadways, and with the driver monitor camera confirming the driver's eyes are on the road, hands-free operation is possible. Traffic Jam Assist requires an active Drive Connect trial or subscription and is 4G network dependent.
Heated Steering Wheel

Front and Rear Parking Assist With Automatic Braking
Make parking easy, and reversing out even easier, with available Parking Assist with Automatic Braking (PA w/AB). The system visually warns you when it detects stationary objects or vehicles approaching from the rear. If the system determines there may be contact with a detected obstacle or vehicle, it will reduce engine power and/or apply the brakes.
