At Overland Expo West in Arizona, Jeep unveiled the new ARTT concept, a roof-top tent and canopy system for the four-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (JL). The lightweight, compact kit replaces a heavy platform thanks to a carbon fiber shell that attaches directly to the roof.
The ARTT concept includes a spacious tent with a queen-size bed and a 270-degree awning. The awning unfolds using Dometic AIR Frame technology, and is accessible from the cabin by removing the panels. The system was developed in collaboration with Dometic and the Stellantis Star*Up program.
At the show, the concept was installed on a Jeep Wrangler 4xe Sunchaser, prepared for off-roading with a lift kit and powerful equipment. Jeep continues to innovate to make travel more comfortable.
